Tomorrow, November 11th, 2022, Takeoff will be laid to rest with tens of thousands of people celebrating his life at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena and it’s being reported that Alicia Keys will be there to sing in tribute.
According to TMZ, sources with knowledge about the event revealed that Alicia would be there to perform. At the moment, it’s not clear what she’ll be performing during the event.
Earlier in the week, it was revealed that Justin Bieber, who has collaborated with the Migos, will also be performing during the service.
Takeoff Wanted An Alicia Keys Feature Before He Was Killed
The Migos rapper revealed he wanted to collaborate with Alicia Keys before his untimely death. He and Quavo told Drink Champs host Noreaga that they actually recorded a song called “Alicia Keys” hoping to have the singer featured, but the track got cut for not securing the feature.

Takeoff’s Funeral Service Reaches Capacity
So far no other notable guests have been confirmed by name but thousands will be paying tribute to Kirshnik Khari Ball aka Takeoff, who died from a gunshot wound while at a bowling alley in Houston on November 1st. State Farm Arena released a statement Wednesday and shared that tickets for Takeoff’s celebration of life are no longer available as the event has reached capacity.
UPDATE: Tickets for the Celebration of Life for Takeoff scheduled for Nov. 11th at State Farm Arena are NO longer available. The event has reached capacity; fans who were not able to secure tickets are strongly encouraged to not come downtown. No gifts or items will be permitted to be left at or near the venue.
